Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team for a 6-month contract in Orlando, FL. This position requires working onsite 2-4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Managers to analyze business needs and customer insights.
- Develop detailed user stories with functional and non-functional requirements, accessibility best practices, and analytics needs.
- Review test cases, log bugs, and manage user stories to completion.
- Oversee project scope, communicate updates, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ in the digital industry.
- Experience writing technical and user requirements, including Gherkin Acceptance Criteria.
- Ability to work with remote and international teams in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented UX and hypothesis-driven design.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with machine learning or personalization tools.
